研究目的：

对本研究团队所构建的青光眼患者药物素养干预方案进行初步临床应用，以提高青光眼患者药物素养水平及用药依从性，以使患者得到更佳的药疗效果。  

Objectives of Study：

The pharmacological literacy intervention program for glaucoma patients constructed by this research team was preliminarily applied to improve the level of medication literacy and medication compliance of glaucoma patients, so that patients can get better drug treatment effects.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）自愿参与本研究 （2）按照《中国青光眼指南》诊断为青光眼 （3）意识清楚，无认知功能障碍 （4）能够进行正常交流或阅读 （5）年龄≥18周岁且≤70周岁 （6）接受青光眼药物治疗至少2周 （7）会使用智能手机及微信

Inclusion criteria

(1) Voluntary participation in this research (2) Diagnosed with glaucoma according to the "Chinese Glaucoma Guidelines" (3) Clear consciousness, no cognitive dysfunction (4) Be able to communicate or read normally (5) Age≥ 18 years old and ≤ 70 years old (6) Receiving glaucoma drug for at least 2 weeks (7) Will use smartphones and WeChat

排除标准：

（1）患有严重的慢性病及并发症 （2）目前或退休前从事医疗相关工作 （3）言语表达不清或不合作

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Suffering from serious chronic diseases and complications (2) Currently engaged in medical-related work or before retirement (3) Unclear speech or lack of cooperation

患者分组遵循随机原则。利用SPSS 26.0软件的RV.Uniform函数对符合纳入标准的66例研究对象生成对应的随机数列，对该随机数列进行可视分箱形成干预组33例患者和对照组33例患者。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Patients were divided according to the principle of randomization. The RV.Uniform function of SPSS 26.0 software was used to generate the corresponding random number series for 66 subjects who met the inclusion criteria, and the random number series was visually binned to form 33 patients in the intervention group and 33 patients in the control group.
