研究目的：

1.基于双能CT和MRI的影像组学特征建立并验证食管癌新辅助治疗疗效预测模型； 2.探讨食管癌新辅助治疗前后的参数变化与不同TRG分级之间的相互关系； 3.基于反映治疗后pCR的最佳定量参数建立并验证食管癌新辅助治疗疗效评估模型。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Based on the radiomics features of dual-energy CT and MRI, establish and verify the efficacy prediction model of neoadjuvant therapy for esophageal cancer; 2. To explore the relationship between changes of parameters before and after neoadjuvant therapy for esophageal cancer and different TRG grades; 3. Establish and verify the efficacy evaluation model of neoadjuvant therapy for esophageal cancer based on the best quantitative parameters reflecting pCR after treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.收集2012年至2023年就诊的食管癌患者，确诊金标准为术前穿刺病理活检或术后病理结果证实为食管癌；
2.基线接受过食管双能CT、MRI检查并可获取双能CT、MRI原始图像（DICOM格式）；
3.食管癌新辅助治疗结束6-8周后进行手术治疗，术前进行食管癌双能CT、MRI检查，且双能CT、MRI图像可获得；
4.接受食管癌新辅助治疗和根治性手术；
5.未出现食管癌远处转移；

Inclusion criteria

1. Collect esophageal cancer patients from 2012 to 2023. The gold standard for diagnosis is esophageal cancer confirmed by preoperative biopsy or postoperative pathological results;
2. Have received dual-energy CT and MRI of the esophagus at baseline and can obtain original images of dual-energy CT and MRI (DICOM format);
3. Surgery should be performed 6-8 weeks after neoadjuvant therapy for esophageal cancer, and dual-energy CT and MRI of esophageal cancer should be performed before surgery, and dual-energy CT and MRI images can be obtained;
4. Receive neoadjuvant therapy and radical surgery for esophageal cancer;
5. No distant metastasis of esophageal cancer;

排除标准：

1.接受姑息治疗；
2.食管癌双能CT、MRI原始图像不符合标准；
3.初诊双能CT、MRI摄片时肿瘤已经进行过治疗；
4.病人同时罹患其他癌症；
5.临床数据不完全。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Receive palliative care;
2. The original images of dual-energy CT and MRI of esophageal cancer do not meet the standard;
3. The tumor has been treated by dual-energy CT and MRI at the initial diagnosis;
4. The patient suffers from other cancers at the same time;
5. Incomplete clinical data.
