研究目的：

探究与传统呼吸训练相比，氧气面罩低流量吸氧在治疗精神性过度换气综合症中的效果  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of low flow oxygen inhalation by oxygen mask in the treatment of mental hyperventilation syndrome compared with traditional breathing training

纳入标准：

①年龄≥18岁，＜60岁；②自愿参与本研究

Inclusion criteria

Age ≥18 years, < 60 years; Volunteer to participate in this study

排除标准：

①有明显器质性病变、呼吸系统疾病病史者；②心理疾病史（焦虑或者恐慌疾病史）；③存在可能造成二氧化碳潴留的因素（如过度肥胖，胸部创伤）；④沟通障碍；⑤拒绝参加本研究;⑥凝血功能障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with obvious history of organic diseases and respiratory diseases; ② History of mental illness (anxiety or panic disorder); ③ There are factors that may cause carbon dioxide retention (such as obesity, chest trauma); (4) Communication disorders; ⑤ Refused to participate in the study;.⑥Coagulation dysfunction.

本研究采用简单随机的分组方法，纳入的研究对象抽签抽取唯一的对应号码，抽签完毕后再由研究者（项目负责人）用计算机软件将所有号码随机分为数量相同的实验组和干预组。
