研究目的：

针对目前爆发的武汉新型冠状病毒肺炎，科学家先后在患者咽拭子以及肺部灌洗液中分离得到病毒株：武汉新型冠状病毒（2019-nCoV）。研究发现：武汉新型冠状病毒（2019-nCoV）进入细胞需要血管紧张素转化酶2（ACE2）的存在。这项研究成果支持将ACE2作为用药靶点治疗武汉新型冠状病毒感染患者。大豆中的天然活性成分具有抗ACE2的作用，因此，有必要对黄豆天然成分对新型冠状病毒肺炎的临床治疗展开研究，这对于目前患者治疗以及疫情防控非常重要。  

Objectives of Study：

The aqueous extract of soybeans contains a natural product nicotianamine which has been proven to be able to inhibit angiotensin converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) with IC50 of 76nM. ACE2 is crucial to SARS CoV and SARS-CoV-2 fusion to host cell. We hypothesized that aqueous extract of soybeanscould become the major antiviral therapy in SARS-CoV-2 infections.

纳入标准：

鼻咽拭子或肺泡灌洗液行新冠病毒核酸检测阳性，以及部分与确诊病人有密切接触的健康医护人员。

Inclusion criteria

Nasopharynx swab or alveolar lavage fluid were positive for the detection of new coronavirus nucleic acid, and some health care workers who had close contact with the confirmed patients.

排除标准：

合并肺结核、艾滋病的新冠病毒患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Combined with tuberculosis or AIDS.
