研究目的：

基于以前研究发现与POD密切相关的候选circRNA，本研究通过qRT-PCR验证来自微阵列的候选circRNA，确定与POD密切相关的关键circRNA,并生成ROC曲线以进一步评估，旨在发现POD患者术前关键的circRNA，探索其作为POD预测生物标志物的潜能并探索其与POD的危险因素、临床病理特征的相关性，为能够提前有效地预防POD提供机会。通过生物信息学预测关键circRNA的潜在结合miRNA及靶基因，构建联合网络模型，初步探索关键circRNA在POD中的功能和潜在的机制，为进一步研究POD的病理生理学机制提供新的见解。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on previous studies that identified candidate circRNAs closely associated with POD, this study validated the candidate circRNAs from microarrays by qRT-PCR, identified key circRNAs closely associated with POD, and generated ROC curves for further evaluation, aiming to identify key circRNAs preoperatively in POD patients and explore their potential as predictive biomarkers of POD The aim is to identify key circRNAs in POD patients before surgery, explore their potential as POD predictive biomarkers and explore their correlation with risk factors and clinicopathological features of POD, providing an opportunity to prevent POD effectively in advance. The potential binding miRNAs and target genes of key circRNAs were predicted by bioinformatics, and joint network models were constructed to initially explore the functions and potential mechanisms of key circRNAs in POD, providing new insights for further study of the pathophysiological mechanisms of POD.

纳入标准：

年龄在50岁以上；ASA分级I-III；计划在全身麻醉下进行心脏手术.

Inclusion criteria

Be over 50 years of age; ASA Classes I-III; Heart surgery is planned under general anesthesia.

排除标准：

术前简易精神状态检查(MMSE)得分低于24分；有精神疾病或中枢神经系统疾病的患者；患者的依从性低，无法阅读、听力丧失等；6个月以内有脑血管事件；近期有重大手术史；患有传染性疾病；术前不能或拒绝完成MMSE的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Preoperative summary mental status examination (MMSE) score below 24; patients with psychiatric or central nervous system disorders; patients with low compliance, inability to read, hearing loss, etc.; cerebrovascular events within 6 months; recent history of major surgery; infectious diseases; patients who cannot or refuse to complete the MMSE preoperatively.
