研究目的：

探索与传统的面对面的运动指导相比，基于人体关键点检测技术的居家康复训练是否可以同样改善慢性腰痛病人群的疼痛程度和腰背部功能  

Objectives of Study：

To explore whether home rehabilitation training based on human key point detection technology can also improve the pain degree and lower back function of patients with chronic low back pain compared with traditional face-to-face exercise guidance

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）被试的年龄必须在 18 到 60 岁之间； （2）腰痛持续时间至少为 12 周； （3）参与研究的意愿强，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) The age of the subject must be between 18 and 60; (2) The duration of low back pain should be at least 12 weeks; (3) Strong willingness to participate in the study and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）存在潜在的“红旗征”(如：与神经分布一致的单侧腿部疼痛和麻木、间歇性跛行、无明显原因的体重减轻、夜间腰部疼痛、外伤性腰痛等) （2）RMDQ 评分小于 4 分 （3）被试在过去的三周内规律进行核心稳定训练 （4）可能有严重心理疾病的被试(如已经诊断为精神心理疾病，需要药物控制 的被试、以及当前存在自我伤害或自杀倾向的被试) （5）无法独立完成中文电子问卷的填写

Exclusion criteria：

(1) There are potential "red flag signs" (such as unilateral leg pain and numbness consistent with nerve distribution, intermittent claudication, sudden weight loss without apparent cause, lumbar pain at night, traumatic lumbago, etc.) (2) RMDQ score was less than 4 points (3) The subjects regularly conducted core stability training in the past three weeks (4) Subjects who may have serious mental illness (such as those who have been diagnosed with mental illness, need medication control, and those who currently have self-harm or suicidal tendencies) (5) Unable to fill in the Chinese electronic questionnaire independently
