研究目的：

通过研究药物难治性癫痫患者的11C-氟马西尼 PET/mpMRI图像结果，明确11C-氟马西尼 PET/mpMRI显像对药物难治性癫痫患者术前致痫灶定位的精确性  

Objectives of Study：

To study the results of 11C-flumazenil PET/mpMRI imaging in patients with drug-resistant epilepsy, and to clarify the accuracy of 11C-flumazenil PET/mpMRI imaging in preoperative localization of epileptic foci in patients with drug-resistant epilepsy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄：年龄≥18岁； 2）临床诊断明确：药物难治性癫痫，应用正确选择且能耐受的两种抗癫痫药物（单药或联合用药），仍未能达到持续无发作者。 3）检查前2h内无癫痫发作。 4）依从性好，能够配合完成PET显像

Inclusion criteria

1) Age: age ≥18 years old; 2) Clear clinical diagnosis: drug-resistant epilepsy failed to achieve sustained seizure free after application of correctly selected and tolerated antiepileptic drugs (monotherapy or combination therapy). 3) No seizures within 2 hours before examination. 4) Good compliance, able to cooperate to complete PET imaging

排除标准：

1）不符合入选标准的患者； 2）过敏性体质患者； 3）有MR或CT检查禁忌症的患者； 4）有颅脑手术史的患者； 5）伴有心、肝、肾严重器质性疾病的患者； 6）严重肥胖（体重超过150KG）的患者； 7）妊娠、哺乳期的妇女或近期有生育计划的患者； 8）研究者认为不适合参与者

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients who did not meet the inclusion criteria; 2) Patients with allergic constitution; 3) Patients with contraindications to MR Or CT examination; 4) Patients with a history of brain surgery; 5) Patients with serious organic diseases of the heart, liver or kidney; 6) Severely obese patients (body weight > 150KG); 7) Pregnant or lactating women or patients with recent plans to have children; 8) Not considered appropriate for participants by the investigator

目标人群（可以是某种疾病患者或正常人群，详细描述其疾病特征，注意应纳入符合分布特点的全序列病例，具有良好的代表性）

经临床诊断为药物难治性癫痫的患者，应用正确选择且能耐受的两种抗癫痫药物（单药或联合用药），仍未能达到持续无发作者。

Patients with clinically diagnosed drug-resistant epilepsy could not achieve sustained seizure freedom with the use of two correctly selected and tolerated antiepileptic drugs (monotherapy or combination therapy).
