探讨SGLT2i对2型糖尿病伴认知功能障碍的影响  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the effect of SGLT2i on type 2 diabetes mellitus with cognitive dysfunction

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①按照 WHO 1999 年糖尿病诊断分型标准临床确诊的 2 型糖尿病患者；
②蒙特利尔认知评估量表得分≤26分；
③年龄≥50岁，自愿参与研究，签署知情同意书，获得医院伦理委员会批准。

Inclusion criteria

(i) Patients with clinically confirmed type 2 diabetes according to WHO 1999 Diabetes Diagnostic Typing Criteria.
(ii) Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score ≤26.
(iii) Age ≥ 50 years, voluntary participation in the study, signed informed consent form and approved by the hospital ethics committee.

排除标准：

①1型或其他特殊类型糖尿病患者；合并严重感染或糖尿病急性并发症患者；
②酒精依赖及药物滥用者；
③合并精神障碍性疾病如抑郁症等，或长期服用精神类药物的患者；
④有已知影响认知功能的疾病，包括急慢性脑血管病变、神经退行性疾病、糖尿病视网膜病变、糖尿病肾病和血管性痴呆的患者；
⑤有其他内分泌和代谢疾病，如甲状腺疾病；
⑥合并严重的视力、听觉、言语或书写障碍不能配合完成认知功能检查的患者；
⑦患有严重肝肾功能损害及血液系统疾病、免疫系统疾病、心血管系统疾病的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(i)Patients with type 1 or other specific types of diabetes mellitus; patients with severe co-infections or acute complications of diabetes mellitus.
(ii)Patients with alcohol dependence and substance abuse.
(iii)Patients with comorbid psychiatric disorders such as depression, or those on long-term psychotropic medication.
(iv)Patients with conditions known to affect cognitive function, including acute and chronic cerebrovascular disease, neurodegenerative disease, diabetic retinopathy, diabetic nephropathy and vascular dementia.
(v)The presence of other endocrine and metabolic disorders, such as thyroid disease.
(vi)Patients with a combination of severe visual, hearing, speech or writing impairment unable to cooperate in completing cognitive function tests.
(vii)Patients with severe hepatic or renal impairment and haematological, immune system and cardiovascular disorders.
