研究目的：

评价环孢素滴眼液（Ⅱ）在干眼患者中应用的安全性与有效性  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the safety and efficacy of cyclosporine eye drops (Ⅱ) in patients with dry eye

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥ 16周岁，性别不限； 2.患者主诉有眼部干涩感，且EDS（Eye Dryness Score）即眼睛干涩感评分（0-100分的VAS评价）≥40分； 3.中国干眼问卷量表 ≥7 分； 4.FBUT≤10 s 或SchirmerⅠ试验（无麻醉）≤10 mm/5 min； 5.角膜荧光素染色评分≥1分； 6.自愿参加本研究并签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age ≥ 16 years old, gender unlimited;
2. Patients complain of dry eyes, and EDS (Eye Dryness Score) refers to dry eyes score (VAS evaluation of 0-100 points) ≥40 points;
3. Chinese Dry eye Questionnaire ≥7 points
4. FBUT≤10 s or SchirmerⅠ test (without anesthesia) ≤10 mm/5 min
5. Corneal fluorescein staining score≥1 point
6. Volunteer to participate in the study and sign a written informed consent

排除标准：

1.患有未被控制的可能影响本临床试验观察可靠性的活动性眼病，如合并感染性结膜角膜炎、葡萄膜炎、鼻泪道阻塞、眼内感染等； 2.荧光素角膜染色完全融合成片或出现丝状角膜炎者； 3.筛选前2周内眼局部使用环孢素类药物者； 4.对研究中预定使用的药物或检测（如环孢素、荧光素等）的任何组分有过敏史的患者； 5.眼球突出、眼睑闭合不全患者； 6.有未被控制的全身疾病或其他原因，研究者判断认为不适合进入本研究的患者； 7.妊娠期、哺乳期妇女，育龄期妇女未采取有效避孕措施者，或计划于试验期间受孕者，试验前妊娠检查结果阳性者； 8.在研究期间不愿意停止佩戴隐形眼镜的患者； 9.3个月内曾参加或正在参加其他临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have an uncontrolled active eye disease that may affect the reliability of observations in this clinical trial, e.g Combined with infectious conjunctival keratitis, uveitis, nasolacrimal duct obstruction, intraocular infection, etc.
2. Fluorescein corneal staining completely fused into patches or the appearance of filamentous keratitis
3. Patients who used topical cyclosporins within 2 weeks
4. Patients with a history of allergies to any component of drugs or tests (e.g., cyclosporine, luciferin, etc.) intended for use in the study
5. Patients with exophthalmos or incomplete eyelid closure
6. Patients with uncontrolled systemic disease or for other reasons deemed unsuitable for admission to the study by the investigator
7. Pregnant women, lactating women, women of childbearing age who do not take effective contraceptive measures, or plan to conceive during the test period, and the pregnancy test results are positive before the test;
8. Patients who were unwilling to stop wearing contact lenses during the study
9. Patients who have participated in or are participating in other clinical trials within 3 months
