研究目的：

主要目的：造血干细胞移植后肠道菌群在不同免疫状态下的变化。 次要目的：1.肠道菌群与淋巴细胞亚群之间的相关性。 2.肠道菌群与造血恢复之间的相关性  

Objectives of Study：

Main objective: Changes of gut microbiota in different immune states after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Secondary objectives: 1. Correlation between gut microbiota and lymphocyte subsets; 2. Correlation between gut microbiota and hematopoietic recovery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-80岁，男女不限；
2.ECOG评分0-3；
3.预计生存期≥3个月
4.心、肝肾功能：肌酐＜2倍正常上限值(ULN)；ALT（谷丙转氨酶）和AST（谷草转氨酶）＜2.5ULN；总胆红素＜2ULN；心脏射血分数（EF）≥50%。
5. 有足够的理解能力和自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age of 18-80 years old, male or female;
2. ECOG score 0-3;
3. Expected survival time >=3 months
4. Heart, liver and kidney function: creatinine < 2 times the upper limit of normal (ULN); ALT (alanine aminotransferase) and AST (aspartate aminotransferase) < 2.5ULN; Total bilirubin < 2ULN; Cardiac ejection fraction (EF) >=50%.
5. Have sufficient understanding ability and voluntarily sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1.有其他肿瘤病史;
2.妊娠或哺乳期女性；
3.HIV、HCV感染者；HBV病毒感染未控制患者；
4.合并有其他自身免疫性疾病患者；
5.依从性较差或精神障碍患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of other tumors;
2. Pregnant or lactating women;
3.HIV/HCV infection; Patients with uncontrolled HBV virus infection;
(4) patients with other autoimmune diseases;
5. Patients with poor compliance or mental disorders
