研究目的：

比较湿证与非湿证患者肥胖指标、糖尿病指标、并发症指标及发生率的差异，揭示中医湿证状态对肥胖合并糖尿病预后的影响，探索湿证状态的演变与肥胖合并糖尿病转归的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

The differences in obesity indexes, diabetes indexes, complication indexes and incidence rates between wet and non-wet patients were compared, the influence of wet status of traditional Chinese medicine on the prognosis of obesity and diabetes was revealed, and the relationship between the evolution of wet status and the outcome of obesity and diabetes was explored.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

A.患者年龄18-65岁
B.符合肥胖和糖尿病的诊断标准,即BMI≥28以及糖尿病症状（如口干、多饮、多尿、多食、易饥饿、体重减轻、皮肤瘙痒或视物模糊等典型症状）加：一个随机的静脉血浆葡萄糖浓度≥11.1mmol/l；或空腹血糖（FPG）浓度≥7.0mmol/l（全血≥6.1mmol/l）；或两小时血糖（2hPG）浓度或75g口服葡萄糖耐量试验（OGTT）≥11.1mmol/l，或既往已诊断为糖尿病的肥胖患者
C.患者知情同意

Inclusion criteria

A. Patient age 18-65 years
B. Meet the diagnostic criteria for obesity and diabetes, i.e., BMI≥28 and symptoms of diabetes (such as dry mouth, polydipsia, polyuria, polyphagia, hunger, weight loss, itchy skin or blurred vision and other typical symptoms) plus: a random venous plasma glucose concentration ≥ 11.1 mmol/l; or fasting blood glucose (FPG) concentration ≥ 7.0mmol/l (whole blood ≥6.1mmol/l); or a two-hour blood glucose (2hPG) concentration or an oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) of 75 g ≥ 11.1 mmol/l, or obese patients with a previous diagnosis of diabetes
C. Informed consent of the patient

排除标准：

A. 已发生糖尿病并发症者：包括糖尿病眼病、糖尿病足、糖尿病肾病、糖尿病周围神经病变；
B. 感染性疾病，包括有明确感染灶或全身性感染疾病；
C. 妊娠期及围产期女性；
D. 恶性肿瘤、肝硬化等严重原发性疾病，冠心病、中风等继发性心脑血管事件，及精神性疾病患者。
E. 已发生糖尿病并发症者：包括糖尿病眼病、糖尿病足、糖尿病肾病、糖尿病周围神经病变（眼底检查存在糖尿病视网膜病变、尿微量白蛋白异常等）。

Exclusion criteria：

A. Those who have developed diabetic complications: including diabetic eye disease, diabetic foot, diabetic nephropathy,
Diabetic peripheral neuropathy;
B. Infectious diseases, including diseases with a clear focus of infection or systemic infectious diseases;
C. Pregnant and perinatal women;
D. Serious primary diseases such as malignant tumors and liver cirrhosis, and secondary cardio-cerebral hemorrhages such as coronary heart disease and stroke
Tube events, and people with mental illness.
E. Patients who have developed diabetic complications: including diabetic eye disease, diabetic foot, diabetic nephropathy,
Diabetic peripheral neuropathy (diabetic retinopathy on fundus examination, abnormal microalbumin in the urine, etc.).
