研究目的：

此研究旨在讨论肝移植围术期处理新冠肺炎时免疫抑制治疗和抗新型冠状病毒治疗的重要平衡，从而指导肝移植手术围术期治疗。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to discuss the important balance between immunosuppressive therapy and anti-novel coronavirus therapy in the perioperative management of COVID-19, so as to guide the perioperative treatment of liver transplantation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）围术期实验室检查均提示新冠肺炎感染；（2）全身情况良好，无严重心、肺、肾等重要器官的器质性病变，麻醉师术前麻醉评估后认为能耐受手术者；（3）年龄>18岁；（4）首次手术在我院进行，且均为同种异体原位肝移植术。

Inclusion criteria

(1) perioperative laboratory examination showed COVID-19 infection; (2) the whole body was in good condition and there were no serious organic lesions of heart, lung, kidney and other important organs. The anesthesiologist was considered to be able to tolerate the operation after preoperative anesthesia evaluation; (3) the age was more than 18 years old; (4) the first operation was performed in our hospital, and all of them were orthotopic liver transplantation.

排除标准：

（1）无新冠肺炎感染；（2）病人的临床、病理相关数据缺失；（3）无随访资料或失访。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) no COVID-19 infection, (2) lack of clinical and pathological data, (3) no follow-up data or loss of follow-up.
