研究目的：

探讨VitD及Omega-3脂肪酸对大气颗粒物暴露致艾滋病感染者免疫功能的调节作用，并且揭示潜在的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

We investigated the regulatory effects of vitamin D and Omega-3 fatty acids on immune function in HIV-infected patients exposed to atmospheric particulate matter and revealed the potential mechanisms.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、年龄18-65周岁的艾滋感染者；
2、已接受ART(替诺福韦+拉米夫定+依非韦伦)半年以上；
3、无精神类疾病，生活自理，无语言障碍；
4、18.5kg/m2 5、无糖尿病、高血压、恶性肿瘤、甲状腺疾病、冠心病等慢性基础性疾病。

Inclusion criteria

1. HIV-infected patients aged 18-65 years.
2. have received ART (tenofovir + lamivudine + efavirenz) for more than six months
3. no psychiatric disease, self-care, no language barrier.
4. 18.5 kg/m2 < BMI < 24 kg/m2.
5. No chronic underlying diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, malignant tumor, thyroid disease, coronary heart disease, etc.

排除标准：

1、明确诊断为艾滋病的感染者；
2、随访前15天内离开武汉的受试者；
3、排除当前吸烟的受试者（戒烟最少3个月）；
4、连续3个月每周饮酒1次或者随访前1周饮酒3次的；
5、合并系统性红斑狼疮、类风湿性关节炎等免疫系统疾病；
6、30天内有漏服抗病毒药物时间达7天及以上；
7、持续口服VitD、Omega-3等抗炎抗氧化补充剂或β-肾上腺素能受体阻断剂、他汀类药物或抗炎药物；
8、出现活动性感染、炎症性疾病、怀孕、哺乳、严重的腹泻或呕吐。

Exclusion criteria：

1. infected persons with a clear diagnosis of AIDS.
2. subjects who left Wuhan within 15 days before the follow-up visit
3. subjects who exclude current smokers (at least 3 months of smoking cessation)
4. subjects who have consumed alcohol once a week for 3 consecutive months or 3 times a week prior to follow-up
5. combination of immune system diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, etc.
6. having missed antiviral medication for 7 days or more within 30 days
7. continuous oral intake of anti-inflammatory antioxidant supplements such as VitD, Omega-3 or beta-adrenergic receptor blockers, statins or anti-inflammatory drugs.
8. presence of active infection, inflammatory disease, pregnancy, breastfeeding, severe diarrhea or vomiting.
