评估逆行输尿管镜碎石术联合末端可弯负压吸引鞘治疗上尿路结石合并感染性肾积水的安全性和有效性  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the safety and efficacy of retrograde intrarenal surgery (RIRS) combined with novel tip-flexible suctioning ureteral access sheath (NTFS-UAS) in the treatment of obstructive calculous pyonephrosis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

回顾性分析采用逆行输尿管镜联合末端可弯负压吸引鞘治疗结石性感染性肾积水患者的临床资料。术中使用钬激光碎石，负压鞘吸引结石和脓液。分析患者基线资料、围手术期资料和并发症。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The clinical data of patients with upper urinary calculous obstructive pyonephrosis treated by RIRS combined with NTFS-UAS in our center were retrospectively analyzed. Preoperatively. Ho:YAG laser were applied for lithotripsy, the stone fragments and purulent bolts or pus were cleared through NTFS-UAS connected with negative pressure vaccum suction?device. The patient profiles, comorbidities, medical history, perioperative data and complications were analyzed. 

纳入标准：

18-70岁单侧结石性感染性肾积水患者

Inclusion criteria

18 to 70 years old with unilateral calculous pyonephrosis

排除标准：

合并对侧上尿路结石或下尿路结石患者；软镜手术的相对和绝对并发症；泌尿系先天性畸形；尿流改道术

Exclusion criteria：

(a) combined with contralateral upper urinary stone or lower urinary stone need treated; (b) any relative or absolute contraindications for RIRS;(c) presence of urinary anatomical abnormalities; (d) urinary diversion surgery
