研究目的：

本研究的目的为：（1）探究支持表达性团体干预能否适用于急性心肌梗死患者。（2）探究支持-表达性团体干预对急性心肌梗死患者疾病进展恐惧、自我护理以及生活质量的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The purposes of this study are: (1) To explore whether supportive-expressive group therapy can be applied to patients with acute myocardial infarction. (2) To explore the effects of supportive-expressive group therapy on fear of disease progression, self-care, and quality of life in patients with acute myocardial infarction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18-75岁；(2)符合中华医学会心血管病分会制定的《急性心肌梗死诊断和治疗指南》诊断标准的首发急性心肌梗死患者;（3）入院后行PCI术后病情稳定者；心功能1-3级，左室射血分数（LVEF≥35%）；（4）自愿参加本研究，并取得知情同意者；（5）疾病进展恐惧简化量表≥34分（心理功能失调者）；

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria(1) Age 18-75; (2) Patients with first-episode acute myocardial infarction who meet the diagnostic criteria of the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Myocardial Infarction developed by the Cardiovascular Branch of the Chinese Medical Association; (3) Patients with the stable condition after PCI after admission; Cardiac function level 1-3, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF ≥ 35%); (4) Those who voluntarily participated in the study and obtained informed consent; (5) The simplified scale of fear of disease progression ≥ 34 points (people with psychology function maladjustment);

排除标准：

排除标准：(1)有精神相关性疾病者;(2)意识不清者;(3)身体极度虚弱者;(4)患有肿瘤、肝、肾功能衰弱等并发症者；(5)期间接受其他心理治疗患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria(1) People with mental-related diseases; (2) Unconscious person;(3) Extremely weak; (4) Those suffering from complications such as a tumor, liver, and kidney failure; (5) Patients who received other psychotherapy during the period.
