研究目的：

1、深入分析阴道微生态特征与自发性早产的关联; 2、构建多指标联合预测早产模型，提高对早产的预警与风险识别能力。  

Objectives of Study：

1. In-depth analysis of the correlation between vaginal microecological characteristics and spontaneous preterm birth; 2. Build a preterm birth prediction model with multiple indicators to improve the early warning and risk identification ability of preterm birth.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①单胎并签署知情同意书的孕妇；
②18岁≤年龄≤45岁的孕妇；
③宫颈机能不全的孕妇；
④先兆早产的孕妇；
⑤在我院定期产检并在我院住院分娩的孕妇。

Inclusion criteria

① Pregnant women with single child and signed informed consent;
② Pregnant women aged between 18 and 45 years old;
③ Pregnant women with cervical insufficiency;
④ pregnant women with threatened preterm labor;
(5) Pregnant women who received regular medical check-up in our hospital and delivered in our hospital.

排除标准：

① 孕妇妊娠合并感染性疾病；
② 孕妇近一个月使用抗生素/免疫抑制治疗；
③ 孕妇受试前三日有性生活；
④ 孕妇妊娠合并严重内外科疾病；
⑤ 孕妇近半年接种HPV疫苗；
⑥ 胎儿存在严重的染色体异常或畸形。

Exclusion criteria：

① Pregnant women with infectious diseases;
② Antibiotic/immunosuppressive therapy for pregnant women within one month;
③ Pregnant women had sex three days before the test;
(4) Pregnant women with serious medical and surgical diseases;
(5) Pregnant women received HPV vaccine in the past six months;
⑥ The fetus has serious chromosomal abnormalities or malformations.

选择2019年11月至2022年12月于厦门市妇幼保健院阴道分娩并有完整产检资料的产妇纳入研究受试人群，并用抽签法随机分为对照组与干预组。

All parturients who delivered vaginally in Xiamen Maternal and Child Health Hospital from November 2019 to December 2022 and had complete birth examination data were included in the study, and randomly divided into control group and intervention group by drawing lots.
