研究目的：

本研究以社区中老年人群为研究对象，通过建立北京地区骨质疏松症病症结合前瞻性社区队列，深入挖掘骨质疏松症危险因素。且该队列镶嵌了中医体质及舌苔脉象元素，是具有中医学特色的队列研究，体现了中医学在骨质疏松症病因病机和防治方面的特色。  

Objectives of Study：

The study was conducted in the elderly population in the Beijing community to explore the risk factors for osteoporosis based on a prospective community cohort study on disease integrating with syndrome of osteoporosis. The cohort study has the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) because of the inclusion of constitution of TCM and fur of the tongue and pulse condition, which reflects the characteristics of TCM in the pathogenesis and prevention for osteoporosis.

纳入标准：

超过5年的城乡社区常住人口，其中女性45岁≤年龄＜80岁，男性50岁≤年龄＜80岁。

Inclusion criteria

Population should be more than 5 years of urban and rural residents, of which women should be greater than or equal to 45 years old and less than 80 years old, while men should be greater than or equal to 50 years old and less than 80 years old.

排除标准：

患有精神疾病，无法配合调查者。

Exclusion criteria：

Population with mental illnesses who can not cope with the investigators.
