研究目的：

探索新型冠状病毒流行期间医护人员焦虑、抑郁水平与肠道菌群相关性，进一步探索脑-肠轴相关作用机制，寻找潜在影响医护人员焦虑、抑郁水平因素，为缓解医护人员焦虑抑郁程度提供线索。  

Objectives of Study：

Our aim is try to find out the correlation between anxiety and depression and gut-microbiome among the medical staff during the 2019 novel coronavirus outbreak,a further study on the brain-gut axis. What's more, we try to look for potential impact factors of anxiety and depression among them, from preventing them from anxiety and depression.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、 自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书；
2、 年龄18-65岁，性别不限；
3、 体重≥40kg且≤100kg，同时BMI≥18kg/m2；
4、 为新型冠状病毒流行期间正常工作的医护人员。

Inclusion criteria

1. Volunteer to participate in the study and sign informed consent;
2. Aged 18-65 years, male or female;
3. Weight >= 40kg and <=100kg, and BMI >= 18kg/m2;
4. Medical staff during the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.

排除标准：

1、 计划怀孕/哺乳期/怀孕的妇女；
2、 入选前14天内因其他原因住院者；
3、 合并严重的心、肺、脑、肝、肾、血液系统等疾病；
4、 现有发热、流涕、腹泻等呼吸道及消化道症状。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Plan for pregnant,breast-feeding or pregnant;
2. Hospitalized for other reasons within 14 days before the election;
5. Combined with serious diseases of heart, lung, brain, liver, kidney, blood system;
6. Has fever, runny nose, diarrhea and other respiratory and digestive symptoms.
