主要目的：探究焦虑程度较高的医务人员的压力来源于施加虚拟旅游进行情绪干预的有效程度。 次要目的：了解疫情大流行期间的ICU医护的焦虑现状及影响因素，并提供一项可能行之有效的心理干预。  

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose: To explore the effectiveness of virtual tourism for emotional intervention in medical staff with high levels of anxiety as a source of stress. The secondary purpose: To understand the anxiety status and influencing factors of nursing and medical staff in the intensive care unit during the pandemic, and to provide a possible effective psychological intervention.

纳入标准：

参与确诊新型冠状病毒肺炎患者救治的重症监护室一线工作人员
匹兹堡睡眠质量指数 (PSQI) 大于5分
签署了知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

Front-line staff in the intensive care unit participating in the treatment of patients with confirmed novel coronavirus pneumonia
Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) greater than 5

排除标准：

神经精神障碍、心血管疾病、认知障碍或特定的视觉和听力问题
晕动病

Exclusion criteria：

Neuropsychiatric disorders, cardiovascular disease, cognitive impairment, or specific vision and hearing problems
motion sickness

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

签署知情同意书后至实验结束前，发生的所有与研究方案规定操作流程相关的数据需记录在CRF与eCRF中。本研究从数据录入到源数据的核查要求到质控数据的质疑解答，最后到数据锁定及导出的操作。确认数据无疑问后，各方签署数据库锁定申请表，由数据管理员对数据库进行锁定。数据库锁定后，由数据管理员导出分析数据库，交统计人员进行统计分析。锁定后的数据不可再编辑，数据库锁定之后发现的问题，经确认后可在统计分析程序中修正。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

After signing the informed consent form and before the end of the experiment, all data related to the operating procedures specified in the research protocol must be recorded in the eCRF. In this research, from data entry to verification requirements of source data, to questioning and answering of quality control data, and finally to the operation of data locking and exporting. After confirming that the data is clear, all parties sign the database lock application form, and the database administrator locks the database. After the database is locked, the data administrator will export the analysis database and submit it to the statistician for statistical analysis. The locked data cannot be edited again, and the problems found after the database is locked can be corrected in the statistical analysis program after confirmation.
