研究目的：

1. 通过前列腺肿瘤患者、前列腺良性疾病患者和健康人尿液基因测序和甲基化测序差异化分析，找到前列腺癌的生物标志物； 2. 建立多组学分析模型，考察尿液生物标志物预测前列腺癌的灵敏度、特异性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Biomarkers of prostate cancer were identified by differential analysis of urine gene sequencing and methylation sequencing in patients with prostate cancer, benign prostate disease and healthy men. 2. The sensitivity and specificity of urine biomarkers in predicting prostate cancer were investigated by establishing a multiomics analysis model.

纳入标准：

1. 最近 PSA 水平位于灰色区域（4ng/ml

Inclusion criteria

1. Recent PSA is located in the grey area (4 ng/ml < PSA < 20 ng/ml) and scheduled for prostate cancer screening; 2. Understand and acceptable the meaning of the research; 3. Acceptable for inspection after 2 years of follow-up survey;

排除标准：

1. 在 6 个月内进行过前列腺活检； 2. 前列腺癌的先前诊断； 3. 以前进行过前列腺手术，例如 TURP（经尿道前列腺切除术）； 4. 不受控制的严重感染。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Process of prostate biopsy in recent 6 months; 2. The previous diagnosis of prostate cancer; 3. To prostate surgery before, such as TURP (transurethral resection of the prostate); 4. Uncontrolled severe infection.
