研究目的：

开发及实施可行的、有效的及可持续的医院健康教育项目，以减少我国轻中度高血压患者的盐摄入量，进而降低CVD事件发生的风险。  

Objectives of Study：

Aiming to develop and implement feasible, affordable, effective, and sustainable hospital-based educational programme to reduce salt intake in mild-moderate hypertensive patients in China.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

医院门诊病人；年龄≥18岁；收缩压≥130 mm Hg且≤159 mm Hg；舒张压≥80 mm Hg且≤99 mm Hg；可使用智能手机和微信功能；过去3个月内稳定服用降压药（既用药种类、用药剂量未发生变化）；近3个月内未服用糖皮质激素类、免疫抑制药物等可能引起钠潴留的药物；可提供知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Hospital outpatients; age ≥18 years; systolic blood pressure ≥130 mm Hg and ≤159 mm Hg; Diastolic blood pressure ≥80 mm Hg and ≤99 mm Hg; Can use smartphone and WeChat; Continuous use of antihypertensive drugs in the past 3 months (both the type and dosage of medication have not changed); Do not use glucocorticoids, immunosuppressive drugs or other drugs which may cause sodium retention in the past 3 months; Can provied informed consent.

排除标准：

患有除轻、中度高血压外的急性或慢性疾病、流行性感染性疾病、严重的精神疾病和传染病；3个月内接收过手术治疗或计划3个月内接受手术；电解质紊乱；严重尿失禁；孕妇或乳母；吸烟。

Exclusion criteria：

Suffering from acute or chronic diseases, epidemic infectious diseases, serious mental diseases and infectious diseases other than mild or moderate hypertension; Have received surgery within 3 months or plan to receive surgery within 3 months; Electrolyte disorder; Severe urinary incontinence; Pregnant women or nursing mothers; Smoking.
