纳入标准：

1.因穿刺活检、术前定位等原因需要行经皮肺穿刺肺结节的患者；
2.同意参加本研究，自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with pulmonary nodules requiring percutaneous lung biopsy, preoperative localization, or other reasons;
2. Agreed to participate in this study and voluntarily signed an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.经皮肺穿刺操作过程不能配合者；
2.肺结节手术前经皮肺穿刺美蓝定位者（该类患者不需精准穿刺）；
3.多发肺结节同期经皮穿刺者；
4.凝血功能障碍者；
5.肺穿刺点有严重肺气肿、肺大疱等易导致穿刺后气胸的高危因素。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unable to cooperate during percutaneous lung puncture;
2.percutaneous lung biopsy with methylene blue before pulmonary nodule surgery (these patients do not need precise puncture);
3.multiple pulmonary nodules with simultaneous percutaneous puncture;
4. Patients with coagulation dysfunction;
5. There are high risk factors such as severe emphysema and pulmonary bullae at the lung puncture point, which can easily lead to pneumothorax after puncture.

1）数据管理方法概述 试验研究过程中，由申办者指派临床监查员，定期对研究单位进行现场监督访问，以保证研究方案的所有内容都得到严格遵守，以及填写资料的正确无误。客观、真实地记录和保留试验研究过程中所有的数据和方案执行、修改的情况。在招募病人阶段，应该尽可能保证入选/排除标准的一致性。 2）数据的内部分析计划 录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两遍比对，期间若发现问题及时通知监查员，要求相关研究者做出回答。他们之间的各种疑问及解答的交换应当采用疑问表形式，疑问表应保存备查。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1) Overview of data management methods Clinical monitors appointed by the sponsor conducted regular site monitoring visits during the trial to ensure that all protocol provisions were adhered to and that all data were completed correctly. All data, protocol implementation and modification during the study were objectively and truly recorded and retained. Consistency in inclusion/exclusion criteria should be ensured as much as possible during the recruitment phase of patients. 2) Internal analysis plan for the data The corresponding database system was used for double entry, and then the database was compared twice. During the period, if any problems were found, the monitor was notified in time, and the relevant researchers were required to answer. The exchange of questions and answers between them should be in the form of a question sheet, which should be kept for future reference.
