药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

于北京儿童医院确诊的、符合且同意给与阿加糖酶β治疗的8岁～18岁法布雷病的患儿。法布雷病诊断标准依据《中国法布雷病诊疗专家共识（2021年版）》：男性患者α-Gal A活性严重下降或缺失；女性患者需同时结合基因检测、底物及衍生物水平明确诊断。

Inclusion criteria

Children aged 8 to 18 years with Fabry's disease who were diagnosed in Beijing Children's Hospital and agreed to be treated with agatase β. The diagnostic criteria of Fabry disease were based on the Consensus of Chinese Fabry Disease diagnosis and Treatment experts (2021 edition) : α -gal A activity was seriously decreased or lost in male patients; Female patients need to be diagnosed simultaneously with genetic testing, substrate and derivative levels.

排除标准：

确诊法布雷病但尚无症状，需定期随访但暂时无需进一步药物干预的患儿；确诊法布雷病后拒绝使用阿加糖酶β的患儿

Exclusion criteria：

Children diagnosed with Fabry's disease but without symptoms, requiring regular follow-up but temporarily without further drug intervention; Children who refused to use agatase β after diagnosis of Fabry's disease
