探讨教学教育干预对肺癌患者围手术期疼痛的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To assess the effect of a teach-back educational intervention on perioperative pain among patients with lung cancer.

纳入标准：

纳入标准为诊断为肺癌、在我院行胸腔镜手术、术前未接受放疗、术中插入胸腔引流管、自愿参与本研究的患者。

Inclusion criteria

The inclusion criteria were patients who were diagnosed as lung cancer, underwent thoracoscopic surgery in our hospital, did not receive radiotherapy before surgery, had intraoperative chest drain insertion, and voluntarily participated in this study.

排除标准：

排除患有心力衰竭、呼吸衰竭、肝功能障碍、肝肾功能障碍和认知障碍等严重功能障碍的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Those with severe co-morbidities such as heart failure, respiratory failure, liver and kidney dysfunction and cognitive impairment were excluded.
