研究目的：

探索TAES内关穴是否能降低斜视患者术中眼心反射发生率  

Objectives of Study：

To explore whether TAES (Neiguan point) can reduce the incidence of oculocardiac reflex in patients with strabismus during surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 年龄8~65岁； ② ASA分级Ⅰ-Ⅱ；NYHA分级Ⅰ-Ⅲ ③ BMI<28 kg/cm2； ④择期行斜视手术患者

Inclusion criteria

① Age ranged from 8 to 65 years old; ② ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ; NYHA Ⅰ-Ⅲ ③ BMI<28 kg/cm2; ④ patients undergoing elective strabismus surgery

排除标准：

① 干预期间出现威胁生命的严重并发症，因不良事件需二次手术者； ② 受试者的跟踪随访失败； ③患者主动要求退出或不予配合

Exclusion criteria：

① Severe life-threatening complications occurred during the intervention, requiring secondary surgery due to adverse events; ② The follow-up failure of the subjects; ③ patients voluntarily asked to withdraw or refused to cooperate

对T组患者的双侧内关穴进行电针预刺激，对患者前臂皮肤电针预刺激位置（内关穴）用乙醇脱脂擦干，将专用的电极片紧密贴于患者双侧内关穴的位置，用华佗牌电子治疗仪（V型），采用疏密波（疏波2Hz，密波30Hz），电流强度以患者能耐受最大电流为适宜，在3~6mA之间调节，刺激持续30min后进行麻醉,直至手术结束

In group T, bilateral Neiguan (PC 6) was pre-stimulating with electroacupuncture, and the pre-stimulating position of the forearm skin (PC 6) was wiped dry with ethanol. The special electrode sheet was closely attached to the position of bilateral PC 6. The stimuli were adjusted between 3 and 6mA, and anesthesia was performed after 30min of stimulation until the end of the procedure
