通过使用 APP 严格管理孕期体重增长，改善分娩结局  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of the smartphone application, which aims to control the gestational weight gain, on the rate of caesarean section in women with overweight and obesity.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 孕前 BMI≥24kg/m2 孕妇；2. 既往无分娩史；3.宫内孕单胎妊娠； 4. 在本研究机构建档，规律产检直至分娩；5. 妊娠妇女年龄在 20-40 岁; 6. 足月临产

Inclusion criteria

1. Pre-pregnant BMI≥24kg/m2; 2. No previous history of childbirth; 3. Singleton pregnancy; 4. Routine antenatal care until delivery in our hospital; 5. Age between 20-40 years old; 6. Full term delivery.

排除标准：

1. 孕前糖尿病、高血压、心脏病等病史；2. 合并系统性红斑狼疮等风湿免疫病史； 3. 双胎妊娠；4. 早产。

Exclusion criteria：

1. pre-pregnant diabetes, hypertension and/or other cardiovascular diseases; 2. Complications with systemic lupus erythematosus and other autoimmune diseases; 3. Twin pregnancy; 4. Preterm delivery.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

根据所需录取的变量设计Epidata数据录入文件建立数据库，并设计Epidata质控文件。选择在本研究机构产科有临床经验的医师或者医学研究生录入数据。录入数据前，对所有录入员进行培训。对获得的资料进行核查，对缺失项重新调取病历补齐，对于有逻辑错误的病例重新调取病历核对纠正错误，对出现的极端数值重新调取病历进行核对，并随机抽取 10%病例进行数据核对。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Design the Epidata dataset and quality control file based on the necessary variables. The doctors and medical students trained at Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital enter the data. For missing items, the doctors retrieve the medical records to supply the data. For data with logical errors, the doctors retrieve the medical records to correct them. For extreme values, the doctors retrieve the medical records for verification. 10% of the data will be randomly selected for verification.
