研究目的：

本研究从维生素D代谢通路基因甲基化视角探讨维生素D联合八段锦干预对衰弱老年人的影响及其作用机制，为八段锦作为运动处方防治老年人衰弱提供理论支持。  

Objectives of Study：

This study explores the effect and epigenetic mechanism of combined Baduanjin training and vitamin D supplementation on frail older adults from the perspective of VD metabolic pathway gene methylation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）衰弱表型得分≥3分；（2）年龄≥65岁；（3）无听觉和视觉障碍；（4）自愿参加并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet three or more items of Fried's frailty phenotype scale; (2) Aged 65 or more; (3) No hearing or visual impairment; (4) Participate in the study voluntarily and sign the informed consent form

排除标准：

（1）认知功能障碍（Mini-Mental State Examination，MMSE<21）；（2）确诊过心脑血管疾病、严重肾脏疾病、糖尿病合并发症，或有任何心血管疾病相关症状或体征；（3）不能独立行走，例如坐轮椅、使用助行器；（4）入组前3个月内参加过其它干预研究。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Cognitive impairment(Mini-Mental State ExaminationMMSE<21); (2) Diagnosed cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, serious kidney diseases, complications of diabetes, or any cardiovascular disease-related symptoms or signs; (3) Unable to walk independently, such as using a wheelchair or walking aid; (4) Participated in any other intervention studies before enrollment

本研究使用整群随机对照设计，由非课题组的一名科研助理对济南市市级养老机构进行随机分组，干预实施者、资料收集及分析者均不知道样本的分组。科研助理首先对养老机构进行编码，而后使用Excel生成随机序列，并将这些随机数字分别装入信封中，随机抽取信封中的4机构列为对照组、八段锦组、维生素D补充组、八段锦联合维生素D补充组。

This study will use a cluster randomized controlled design. A research assistant not participating in the follow-up intervention research will randomly group the municipal nursing home. Research assistants, intervention implementers, and data analysts will be blinded to the groups.
