研究目的：

以安慰剂为对照，用药4周，评估得必泰改善FD患者主要症状的有效性和安全性，为该药用于FD的临床治疗提供依据  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Debitai in improving the main symptoms of FD patients with placebo for 4 weeks, so as to provide a basis for the clinical treatment of FD

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄 18~65 周岁，男女不限，门诊患者；
（2）符合罗马 IV 功能性胃肠病（2016 版）功能性消化不良的诊断标准；
（3）餐后饱胀不适、早饱不适感、中上腹痛、中上腹烧灼不适症状，至少有1 项评分（程度+频度）≥4 分；总分≥10 分；
（4）同意参加本临床试验并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Outpatients aged 18-65, male and female;
(2) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for functional dyspepsia of Rome IV Functional Gastroenteropathy (2016 edition);
(3) Postprandial distension discomfort, early satiety discomfort, middle and upper abdominal pain, and middle and upper abdominal burning discomfort, with at least one score (degree + frequency) ≥4; Total score ≥10;
(4) Agree to participate in the clinical trial and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）患有甲状腺疾病、系统性硬化症、系统性红斑狼疮、慢性胆囊炎、胆囊结石及其他严重肝胆胰疾病；或考虑有肠梗阻可能性；
（2）患有器质性消化道疾病如反流性食管炎、消化性溃疡、消化道肿瘤等；
（3）入选前 1 周内使用过影响胃肠动力或胃酸分泌、中和胃酸的药物、抗幽门螺杆菌药物；
（4）ALT、AST 大于正常值 1.5 倍，总胆红素超出正常值上限的 1.5 倍，肌酐超出正常值上限者；
（5）怀疑或明确有药物、酒精滥用病史；
（6）糖尿病、癫痫、有认知语言障碍的患者；
（7）针灸、气功等其他非药物治疗者；
（8）孕妇、哺乳期妇女或计划怀孕者；
（9）对得必泰及其组成成分过敏者；
（10）有临床意义的心律失常或异常 Q 波、QT 间期延长等不正常心电图者；
（11）近 3 个月内参加过其它临床试验并用药者；
（12）研究者认为不适合入组者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Suffering from thyroid disease, systemic sclerosis, systemic lupus erythematosus, chronic cholecystitis, gallstones and other serious hepatobiliary and pancreatic diseases; Or consider the possibility of intestinal obstruction;
(2) Patients with organic gastrointestinal diseases such as reflux esophagitis, peptic ulcer, gastrointestinal tumor, etc.;
(3) had used drugs affecting gastrointestinal motility or gastric acid secretion, neutralizing gastric acid, and anti-Helicobacter pylori drugs within 1 week before enrollment;
(4) ALT and AST were 1.5 times higher than the normal value, total bilirubin was 1.5 times higher than the upper limit of the normal value, and creatinine was above the upper limit of the normal value;
(5) Suspected or clear history of drug and alcohol abuse;
(6) Patients with diabetes mellitus, epilepsy, and cognitive language disorders;
(7) Acupuncture, qigong and other non-drug treatment;
(8) pregnant women, lactating women or those planning to become pregnant;
(9) Allergic to derbetyl and its components;
(10) Patients with clinically significant arrhythmia, abnormal Q wave, QT interval prolongation and other abnormal ECG;
(11) Those who have participated in other clinical trials and used drugs in the past 3 months;
(12) Those who were not considered suitable for inclusion by the researcher.
