研究目的：

观察性研究多囊卵巢患者菌群、病毒和真菌组的差异性，同时对多囊卵巢患者血清进行代谢组研究，探索多囊卵巢综合征的微生物和代谢组特征  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the difference of flora, virus and fungus groups in patients with polycystic ovary, and to conduct metabonomic study on the serum of patients with polycystic ovary, so as to explore the microbial and metabonomic characteristics of polycystic ovary syndrome

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)慢性排卵或无排卵月经周期间隔≥35天或每年出血<8次或月经周期间隔<25天；
(2)高雄激素血症或高雄激素血症的临床表现如多毛痤疮、脱发等；
(3)B超下多囊卵巢样改变：一侧或双侧卵巢内直径2-9毫米的卵泡数≥12个，和/或卵巢体积 >10 厘米。

Inclusion criteria

(1) The interval between periods of chronic ovulation or anovulation ≥ 35 days, or bleeding<8 times per year, or the interval between periods<25 days;

(2) Hyperandrogenism or the clinical manifestations of hyperandrogenism, such as hirsute acne, alopecia, etc;

(3) The number of follicles with a diameter of 2-9 mm in one or both ovaries was ≥ 12, and/or the ovarian volume was>10 cm.

排除标准：

1）孕妇；
（2）其他可引起PCOS类似症状的疾病，如甲亢、库欣综合征、高催乳素血症等；
（3）近1月使用抗生素等药物，3个月内服用性激素类药物；
（4）非月经期PCOS女性；
（5）恶性肿瘤史。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Pregnant women;

(2) Other diseases that can cause similar symptoms of PCOS, such as hyperthyroidism, Cushing's syndrome, hyperprolactinemia, etc;

(3) Antibiotics and other drugs have been used in recent one month, and sex hormone drugs have been taken within three months;

(4) Non menstrual PCOS women;

(5) History of malignant tumor.
