研究目的：

本研究拟纳入各种老年手术患者，首先分析这些老年患者术后肺部并发症的发生率及类型；其次筛查岀这些老年患者的围术期导致术后肺部并发症的风险因素，根据这些风险因素构建预测模型，通过人工智能和大数据平台分析相关风险因素的预测权重和提出干预和防治措施；第三，进一步分析这些高危因素导致术后肺部并发症的具体机制；第四，通过干预重要权重的高危因素设计前瞻性研究探讨对老年患者术后肺部并发症的防治作用。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is intended to include various elderly surgical patients. Firstly, the incidence and types of postoperative pulmonary complications in these elderly patients were analyzed; Secondly, screen out the risk factors leading to postoperative pulmonary complications in these elderly patients during the perioperative period, build a prediction model based on these risk factors, analyze the prediction weight of relevant risk factors through artificial intelligence and big data platforms, and propose intervention and prevention measures; Thirdly, further analyze the specific mechanisms of these high-risk factors leading to postoperative pulmonary complications; Fourth, a prospective study was designed to explore the prevention and treatment of postoperative pulmonary complications in elderly patients through intervention in high-risk factors with important weights.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①肺功能基本正常；②年龄≥ 60 岁；③肺活量测定结果正常;④BMI＜30 kg /m2⑤ASA Ⅰ-Ⅲ级

Inclusion criteria

① Pulmonary function is basically normal; ② Age ≥ 60 years old; ③ The spirometry results are normal; ④ BMI ＜ 30 kg/m2 ⑤ ASA Grade I-III

排除标准：

①肺活量测定结果异常;②非肺术后并发症；③数据采集不充分的患者；④术后需要机械通气；⑤急诊手术；⑥术毕计划或非计划入 ICU；⑦出血量大于 1000 ml；⑧手术时间大于 4 h。

Exclusion criteria：

① Abnormal spirometry results; ② Non pulmonary postoperative complications; ③ Patients with insufficient data collection; ④ Postoperative mechanical ventilation is required; ⑤ Emergency surgery; ⑥ Planned or unplanned admission to ICU after surgery; ⑦ Bleeding volume greater than 1000 ml; ⑧ The operation time is greater than 4 hours.
