研究目的：

本研究从慢阻肺易感基因、环境暴露因素、个体临床特征、生物学标记物检测等不同层面，探索慢阻肺表型和内型，揭示慢阻肺临床表型的分子机制，为未来慢阻肺的个体化精准治疗提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, the phenotype and endotype of COPD were explored from different levels, such as COPD susceptibility genes, environmental exposure factors, individual clinical characteristics, and biological marker detection, so as to reveal the molecular mechanism of COPD clinical phenotype and provide basis for individualized precise treatment of COPD in the future.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）诊断标准：有慢性咳嗽、咳痰、呼吸困难和/或COPD危险因素暴露史，肺功能检查提示应用支气管扩张剂后FEV1/FVC＜0.70；（2）处于COPD稳定期；（3）年龄大于等于40岁，汉族人群。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Diagnostic criteria: chronic cough, sputum, dyspnea, and/or a history of exposure to COPD risk factors. Pulmonary function tests indicated that FEV1/FVC < 0.70 after bronchodilator application; (2) Stable COPD; (3) The age group of Han nationality is more than 40 years old.

排除标准：

（1）2周内出现COPD急性加重；（2）合并其他肺部疾病：肺间质疾病、活动性肺结核、胸腔积液、肺部肿瘤、肺切除术等；（3）合并心功能不全、严重肝肾功能障碍、精神及认知功能障碍；（4）依存性差。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Acute exacerbation of COPD occurred within 2 weeks; (2) Complicated with other pulmonary diseases: pulmonary interstitial diseases, active pulmonary tuberculosis, pleural effusion, lung tumors, pulmonary resection, etc.; (3) Complicated with cardiac insufficiency, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, mental and cognitive dysfunction; (4) poor dependence.
