研究目的：

明确髋关节减重步行联合扰动训练对脑卒中步行功能障碍者步行和平衡功能康复的康复疗效，探索脑卒中步行功能康复的新策略  

Objectives of Study：

To determine the rehabilitation effect of hip joint weight-loss walking combined with disturbance training on walking and balance function rehabilitation of stroke patients with walking dysfunction, and to explore new strategies for walking function rehabilitation of stroke patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

患者诊断均符合 1995年中华医学会第四次脑血管病学术会议修订的《各类脑血管疾病诊断要点》，经头颅CT或MR检查后临床诊断为脑梗死或脑出血的患者：
1、生命体征平稳；
2、首次发病；
3、病程6个月以内；
4、布氏分期三期到四期；
5、Holdden步行3级；
6、下肢肌张力小于等于2级

Inclusion criteria

The diagnosis of patients was in accordance with the Diagnostic Essentials of Various Cerebrovascular Diseases revised at the Fourth Academic Conference of Cerebrovascular Diseases of the Chinese Medical Association in 1995. Patients who were clinically diagnosed as cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage after head CT or MR examination:
1. Stable vital signs;
2. First onset;
3. The course of disease is less than 6 months;
4. Three to four stages of Brinell's staging;
5. Holdden walk level 3;
6. Lower limb muscle tension is less than or equal to grade 2

排除标准：

1、病情不稳定；
2、严重言语及认知功能障碍，影响训练过程；
3、伴有严重心肺、肝、肾功能不全，不能完成试验者
4、骨关节疾病等疾病；
4、视力、听力障碍以及晕车晕船；
5、伴有帕金森或癫痫等其他神经系统疾病；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unstable condition; 2. Severe speech and cognitive dysfunction, affecting the training process; 3. Those with severe cardiopulmonary, hepatic and renal insufficiency who cannot complete the test 4. Bone and joint diseases; 4. Vision, hearing impairment and carsickness, seasickness; 5. Accompanied by other nervous system diseases such as Parkinson's disease or epilepsy;
