研究目的：

胸骨正中切口感染是心脏开胸手术后的主要并发症，特别是对高龄患者及合并基础疾病患者，由于胸骨正中切口感染迁延不愈，延长了住院时间并增加了住院费用，部分患者需通过手术治疗彻底清创才可缓解。我科曾收治部分因切口感染导致脓毒症多脏器功能损伤甚至衰竭患者，通过积极抗感染、脏器支持及营养治疗取得了较好的疗效，但仍有部分患者由于感染严重，机体一般状态较差而治疗失败。因此针对胸骨切口感染患者研究其脓毒症的特殊表现及救治经验，对提高此类患者的救治水平具有重要意义。  

Objectives of Study：

Median sternal incision infection is a major complication after open heart surgery, especially in elderly patients and patients with combined underlying diseases, because the median sternal incision infection persists, prolonging the hospitalization time and increasing the hospitalization cost, and some patients need surgical treatment for complete debridement to relieve. Our department has treated some patients with multiple organ function damage or even failure due to sepsis caused by incisional infection, and achieved good results through active anti-infection, organ support and nutritional therapy, but some patients still failed to be treated due to serious infection and poor general condition of the body. Therefore, it is important to study the special manifestations of sepsis and the experience of treatment for patients with sternotomy infection to improve the level of treatment for such patients.
