研究目的：

本项目旨在通过质谱技术，检测ASRP2多肽在KD患者及其对照组血清中的表达水平，评估ASRP2抗KD的作用；通过代谢组学，评估KD患者血清代谢组谱的改变情况，结合转录组和蛋白组学技术，联合筛选KD患者血清代谢组的改变及信号通路，从代谢角度，研究ASRP2抗KD的作用靶点及信号通路；结合细胞和动物水平的实验技术，研究ASRP2抗KD的机制。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this project was to detect the expression level of ASRP2 polypeptide in the serum of KD patients and its control group by mass spectrometry technology, and to evaluate the anti-KD effect of ASRP2. Metabolomics was used to evaluate the changes in serum metabolome spectrum of KD patients, and transcriptome and proteomics techniques were combined to screen the changes in serum metabolome and signal pathways of KD patients, so as to study the anti-KD targets and signal pathways of ASRP2 from the perspective of metabolism. The anti-KD mechanism of ASRP2 was studied by combining the experimental techniques at the cell and animal levels.

纳入标准：

①选择健康儿童和就诊的5~8 天内首诊为 KD 的儿童，分别作为健康对照组和川崎病组。根据日本川崎病研究委员会诊断指南第5次修订版，所有纳入研究的 KD 患者均被严格诊断；②受试者或者其监护人自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Healthy children and children whose first diagnosis was KD within 5 to 8 days were selected as healthy control group and Kawasaki disease group, respectively. According to the 5th Revision of the Kawasaki Disease Research Council Diagnostic Guidelines, all KD patients included in the study were rigorously diagnosed. ② The subject or his guardian will sign the informed consent voluntarily.

排除标准：

排除免疫性疾病、代谢性疾病、炎症性疾病，严重的肝肾疾病和其他心脏病。所有 KD 患儿的血样采集、超声心动图检查及临床实验室指标的测量均在接受 IVIG 及抗凝治疗前进行。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclude immune diseases, metabolic diseases, inflammatory diseases, severe liver and kidney diseases, and other heart diseases. Blood samples, echocardiography and clinical laboratory indicators were collected in all KD children before receiving IVIG and anticoagulant therapy.
