研究目的：

了解稳定期难治性儿童和青少年白癜风的临床特征，探讨不同外科移植技术治疗的预后，为难治性儿童和青少年白癜风寻求更好的治疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the clinical characteristics of refractory vitiligo in stable children and adolescents, and to explore the prognosis of different surgical transplantation techniques, so as to seek a better treatment plan for refractory vitiligo in children and adolescents.

纳入标准：

1.年龄6-18岁
2.白斑稳定至少1年
3.无同形反应
4.治疗区便于制动、包扎

Inclusion criteria

1. Ages 6-18
2. Vitiligo is stable for at least 1 year
3. No Koebner Phenomenon
4. The treatment area is convenient for braking and bandaging

排除标准：

1.伴有严重系统性疾病，
2.瘢痕体质
3.出血倾向的患者
4.对治疗结果有过高期望的病人和家长

Exclusion criteria：

1. With severe systemic disease,
2. Scar constitution
3. Patients with bleeding tendency
4. Patients and parents with high expectations for treatment outcomes
