研究目的：

通过阐明NAC能否抑制ROS/NLRP3-ASC-caspase-1/GSDMD等的表达，寻找AECOPD的新发病机制及治疗措施，探讨细胞焦亡在AECOPD患者中的作用，为后续临床治疗取得可能的理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

o clarify whether NAC can inhibit the expression of ROS/ NLRp3-ASC-caspase-1 /GSDMD, find new pathogenesis and treatment measures of AECOPD, and explore the role of cell pyroptosis in AECOPD patients, so as to obtain possible theoretical basis for subsequent clinical treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①ICU收治的AECOPD需要有创机械通气患者；②年龄＞18周岁；③18≤BMI≤24 Kg/㎡；④知情同意者。

Inclusion criteria

① Patients with AECOPD admitted to ICU need invasive mechanical ventilation;② Age > 18 years old;3③18≤BMI≤24 Kg/㎡④ Informed consent.

排除标准：

①前严重凝血障碍者；②多脏器功能衰竭者；③妊娠、肿瘤终末期者。

Exclusion criteria：

①severe coagulation disorder before;② multiple organ failure;③ Pregnancy, terminal stage of tumor.
