研究目的：

通过联合使用温络通洗剂和复方曲肽注射液，研究其在治疗TP化疗方案所致周围神经毒性的作用，为临床医生提供一种有效的化疗所致周围神经毒性防治方法，提供新的依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the effect of Wenluotong lotion combined with compound tropidin injection on peripheral nerve toxicity induced by TP chemotherapy, to provide a new basis for clinical doctors to prevent and treat peripheral neurotoxicity induced by chemotherapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

治疗组和对照组均给予TP化疗方案，对有出现周围神经毒性病变的患者，每个治疗周期两组均给予静脉滴注：0.9%氯化钠注射液250ml联合复方曲肽注射液4ml，每日一次，连续使用3天。治疗组同时给予温络通洗剂浸泡加入温水至800ml左右，然后分装成4袋，每袋200ml。使用时取4袋药液加热至40℃左右后倒入专用泡手泡脚袋，然后将手足浸入袋内，药液盖没手足，持续浸泡10 min，早晚各1次，连续治疗14天。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The treatment group and the control group were treated with TP chemotherapy. The patients with peripheral neurotoxicity were treated with 0.9% sodium chloride injection 250ml combined with compound tripeptide injection 4ml intravenously every treatment cycle, once daily for 3 consecutive days. The treatment group was treated with Wenluotong lotion soaked in 800ml warm water, then divided into 4 bags of 200ml each. Four bags of medicine were heated to about 40 ° C and poured into special bag for soaking hands and feet, then the hands and feet were immersed in the bag, the medicine was covered without hands and feet, and the water was soaked for 10 minutes, once in the morning and once in the evening, for 14 days. 

纳入标准：

1、经病理证实为恶性肿瘤，并接受含TP化疗方案治疗后出现NCI-CTCAE 1级及以上的周围神经病变；2、年龄20～80岁，预计生存期超过3个月；3、KPS评分≥70分；4、中医辨证属气血两虚证；5、理解、同意参加本研究并签订知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.NCI-CTCAE grade 1 and above were peripheral neuropathy after treatment with chemotherapy containing TP
2.Age 20-80 years, expected survival of more than 3 months
3.KPS score ≥70
4.TCM syndrome differentiation belongs to deficiency of both qi and blood
5.Understand, agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent

排除标准：

1、非化疗药物所致的其他原因引起的周围神经病变；2、正在接受可能引起神经毒性的其他药物治疗的患者；3、接受任何可疑有效的药物，如抗惊厥药或三环类抗抑郁药治疗的患者；4、伴有手足皮肤病变者；5、心、肝、肾功能严重障碍者；6、脑转移伴明显脑水肿或者脑室、脑干侵犯；7、对紫杉类或铂剂药物严重过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Other causes of peripheral neuropathy that are not caused by chemotherapy drugs
2.Patients who are receiving other medications that may cause neurotoxicity
3.Patients receiving any suspected effective medication, such as anticonvulsants or tricyclic antidepressants
4.Accompanied by hand and foot skin lesions
5.The heart, the liver, the kidney function serious obstacle person
6.Brain metastasis with obvious brain edema or ventricle, brain stem invasion
7.Severe allergy to Taxus or platinum drugs
