研究在真实世界中环孢素软胶囊用于治疗中国人群慢性荨麻疹患者的疗效与安全性，探讨影响真实世界环孢素治疗中国人群荨麻疹的疗效和安全的风险因素，规范药物使用的方案，同时监测治疗过程中的副作用。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the efficacy and safety of cyclosporine soft capsules in the treatment of chronic urticaria in Chinese population in the real world, to explore the risk factors affecting the efficacy and safety of CsA in the treatment of CU in Chinese population, to standardize the regimen of drug use, and to monitor the side effects of treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

药物成分：环孢素 治疗方案：患者给予环孢素软胶囊（新赛斯平，国药准字 H10960122，杭州中美华东制药有限公司，25mg/s），治疗方案初始剂量 2.5～5mg×kg-1×d-1，2 次/d，持续 4 周后开始减量，每 2 周减量 0.5mg×kg-1×d-1，直至减至 2mg×kg-1×d-1，再维持治疗直至总疗程达到 6 个月。治疗过程中不限制使用组胺类药物。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Drug ingredient: cyclosporine Treatment regimen: patients were given cyclosporine soft capsule (new Sisping, Chinese medicine H10960122, Hangzhou Zhongmei East China Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., 25mg/s). The initial dose of the treatment plan was 2.5 ~ 5mg × kg- 1 × d-1 twice a day, lasting for 4 weeks, and then reduced to 0.5mg × kg- 1 × d-1 every 2 weeks, until reduced to 2mg × kg-1 × drel 1, and then maintained until the total course of treatment reached 6 months. There are no restrictions on the use of histamines during treatment. 

纳入标准：

1 符合相关诊断标准的慢性自发性荨麻疹和/或人工性荨麻疹患者
2 按CU指南进行规范治疗后仍存在以下情况的慢性荨麻疹患者：UAS7 ≥ 7 分或DLQI ≥ 6 分
3 接受环孢素软胶囊治疗≥6个月且有≥3次随访记录的患者（允许同时联合其他药物治疗）

Inclusion criteria

1 Patients with chronic spontaneous urticaria and / or artificial urticaria who meet the relevant diagnostic criteria
2 Patients with chronic urticaria who still have the following conditions after standard treatment according to CU guidelines: patients with UAS 7 ≥ 7 or DLQI ≥ 6 points
3 Who have been treated with cyclosporine soft capsules for more than 6 months and have more than 3 follow-up records (allowed to be treated with other drugs at the same time)

排除标准：

1 患有高血压或严重系统性疾病的患者
2 肝肾功能严重损伤的患者
3 有糖皮质激素/环孢素使用禁忌症的患者
4 处在妊娠期/哺乳期的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1 Patients with hypertension or severe systemic diseases
2 Patients with severe impairment of liver and kidney
3 Patients with contraindications to glucocorticoid / cyclosporine use
4 Patients in pregnancy / lactation
