Objectives of Study：

To observe the impact SARS-COV-2 infection on postoperative complications in surgical patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

新型冠状病毒感染的确诊病例和临床诊断病例；年龄≥18岁；ASA I~III级；

Inclusion criteria

Confirmed and clinically diagnosed cases of novel coronavirus infection; Age ≥ 18 years old; ASA Class I~III;

排除标准：

预计生存≤24H;术前合并严重心肺功能损害，肺功能重度损害，慢阻肺急性发作，活动性肺炎，基础血氧≤90%，心脏瓣膜重度狭窄（关闭不全），不稳定性心绞痛的患者；严重肝肾功能损害，Child分级C级，需维持性透析患者;心脏外科、胸外科及脑外科三类术后肺部并发症多的手术；患者拒绝及无法获取相关病史的患者

Exclusion criteria：

Predictable survival time ≤ 24H; Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, basic SPO2 ≤ 90%; Severe impairment of liver and kidney function, and patients who need maintenance dialysis; Cardiac surgical, thoracic surgical and neurosurgical patients at high risk for pulmonary complications;Patients who refuse to offer relevant medical history

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据提取与收集：研究数据源为医院信息系统中原始的病案记录、检验、检查报告。医院信息系统外的其它信息由临床一线医生和医疗团队负责收集，记录于REDcap数据库。 数据管理：依据病历、检验结果、影像学资料由临床工作背景者录入数据库，临床流行流行病学研究中心负责汇总进行数据管理和数据审核。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data extraction and collection: The research data source is the original medical record records, inspection and inspection reports in the hospital information system. Additional information outside the hospital information system is collected by the clinical front-line physician and medical team and recorded in the REDcap database.
