探讨主动循环呼吸技对胃肠道肿瘤术后患者肺部并发症的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether active cycle of breathing technique affects pulmonary complication after esophagectomy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄50~80岁；②临床分期为Ⅰ～Ⅱ期且择期行胃癌或结直肠癌根治术患者；③认知能力及意识均正常，可以独自或在协助下完成调查问卷内容；④自愿参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

① the age ranged from 50 to 80 years old②the patients with stageⅠ~Ⅱ were selected for radical resection of gastric or colorectal cancer③the cognitive ability and consciousness were normal, and they could complete the questionnaire alone or with the assistance of doctors④voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

①术前存在肺部感染及心肺系统严重并发症；②不能耐受ACBT训练或6分钟步行试验（6-minute walk test，6MWT），如脊柱、胸廓肋骨骨折等；③术后出现严重并发症者；④合并其他恶性肿瘤、严重心脑血管疾病等；⑤对自身疾病不知情者；⑥导致疾病恶化的其他疾病；

Exclusion criteria：

① the patients had pulmonary infection and serious complication of heart and lung system before operation② the patients could not tolerate ACBT training or 6-minute walk test (6MWT) ,such as spine and rib fracture③the patients had serious complication after operation④the patients had severe complication after operation Other malignant tumors, severe cardiac cerebrovascular disease,⑤ those who do not know their own diseases⑥other diseases which lead to the deterioration of diseases
