Objectives of Study：

The peripheral blood complete immune cell map and immune group bank characteristics of sepsis patients were preliminarily constructed and their dynamic changes were evaluated.

纳入标准：

①年龄≥18周岁②诊断为脓毒症24h内.

Inclusion criteria

① age ≥18 years old; ② diagnosed with sepsis within 24h.

排除标准：

①年龄＜18 周岁；②恶性肿瘤；③获得性免疫缺陷综合症；④自身免疫系统疾病；⑤接受免疫抑制治疗；⑥中途退出研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

① age <18 years old; ② malignancy; ③ acquired immunodeficiency syndrome; ④ autoimmune disease; ⑤ receiving immunosuppressive therapy; ⑥ withdrawal from the investigator.
