研究目的：

本研究拟采用偏币序贯法，确定舒芬太尼复合罗哌卡因用于分娩镇痛蛛网膜下腔注射的ED90，达到镇痛效果最好且不良反应发生最少，以期指导临床更好地选择腰硬联合阻滞用于分娩镇痛。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we plan to use the biased coin up-down method to determine sufentanil combined with ropivacaine for the ED90 injected into the subarachnoid space for labor analgesia, which has the best analgesia effect and the least adverse reactions, so as to guide the clinical better selection of combined lumbar and epidural block for labor analgesia.

纳入标准：

单胎，初产，头位，年龄18-35岁，ASA分级Ⅰ-Ⅱ级，妊娠周数≥37周，宫口在2-4cm间，无头盆不称。

Inclusion criteria

singleton pregnancy
primipara
head delivery
age of 18 to 35 years,
American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) class Ⅰ toⅡ
full-term (≥37 weeks gestation),
cervical dilatation within 2 to 4 cm
without cephalopelvic disproportion

排除标准：

妊娠期高血压，椎管内麻醉禁忌症，镇痛前体温≥37.5℃，对局麻药及阿片类药物过敏，分娩镇痛前服用镇静镇痛药物。
