研究目的：

通过研究不同梯度VT（6ml/kg,7ml/kg）复合驱动压导向滴定个体化PEEP对超重患者肺功能和心输出量的影响，为腹腔镜直肠癌手术患者提供合适的通气策略；其次是研究更小潮气量（6ml/kg）滴定PEEP是否明显减少超重患者术后通气血流比例失调和肺不张的发生率，和降低头低脚高位和气腹对心输出量的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

By studying the effects of different gradient VT (6ml/kg, 7ml/kg) composite driver -oriented titular individualized PEEP on the pulmonary function and heart infusion of hyper heavy patients, it provides a suitable ventilation strategy for patients with laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery; followed by research Whether the smaller tide volume (6ml/kg) ticking PEEP significantly reduces the incidence of disorders in the postoperative ventilation blood flow ratio and the incidence of lungs, and the effect of reducing the impact of head and low -footed high position on the heart output.

纳入标准：

年龄51-80岁，BMI 24-28kg/m2，ASA分级Ⅰ-Ⅱ级，Hb>100g/L。

Inclusion criteria

Age 51-80 years old, BMI 24-28kg/m2, ASA class Ⅰ-Ⅱ, HB> 100G/L.

排除标准：

合并严重心脑血管疾病患者，术前有严重阻塞性通气功能障碍或肺不张患者，术前一个月有上呼吸道感染史患者。

Exclusion criteria：

In patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, patients with severe obstructive ventilation dysfunction or patients with no lungs have a history of upper respiratory tract infection one month before surgery.
