研究目的：

（1）构建基于需求导向理论和症状管理理论的头颈肿瘤患者放疗期间症状管理方案。 （2）通过对头颈肿瘤患者放疗期间症状群管理方案的初步试用，探讨该方案对头颈肿瘤患者症状群改善效果、生活质量和焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To construct a symptom management program for head and neck tumor patients during radiotherapy based on demand-oriented theory and symptom management theory. (2) To investigate the effects of the program on the improvement of symptom clusters, quality of life and anxiety and depression in head and neck cancer patients through a preliminary trial of the symptom cluster management program during radiotherapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①研究对象均为病理学诊断为头颈部恶性肿瘤且接受放射治疗；②无精神和心理疾病；③能正常进行交流，对文字有阅读能力且无理解障碍；④年龄 18~75 岁；⑤患者知情且自愿参加本研究，并能积极配合。

Inclusion criteria

① All subjects were pathologically diagnosed with head and neck malignancies and received radiotherapy; ② no mental and psychological diseases; ③ Able to communicate normally, have the ability to read words and no comprehension obstacles; ④ Age ranges from 18 to 75 years old; ⑤ Patients were informed and volunteered to participate in this study, and were able to actively cooperate.

排除标准：

①合并有心血管等影响放疗进度的疾病者；②有管道或全胃肠外营养患者；③严重的肝、肾或消化系统疾病； ④因其他原因中止放疗,且中断时间＞5 天者；⑤因对干预方案不耐受,主动退出研究者；⑥同时参加其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with cardiovascular diseases that affect the progress of radiotherapy; ② Patients with duct or total parenteral nutrition; ③ serious liver, kidney or digestive diseases; ④ Radiotherapy was stopped for other reasons, and the interruption time was > 5 days; ⑤ Active withdrawal of researchers due to intolerance to intervention programs; ⑥ Participants in other clinical trials.
