研究目的：

1.主要目的：基于机器学习技术全面分析数据以构建针对单肺通气患者术后谵妄的预警模型并验证。 2.次要目的：应用该预警为高风险人群进行早期干预以减少疾病的发生。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main purpose: based on machine learning technology, comprehensively analyze the data to build and validate an early warning model for postoperative delirium in patients with one-lung ventilation. 2. Secondary purpose: to use the early warning to carry out early intervention for high-risk groups to reduce the occurrence of diseases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

纳入标准：2020年11月-2023年12月ASA分级Ⅰ~Ⅱ级且拟于全麻胸腔镜下行肺结节摘除术患者。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: from November 2020 to December 2023, patients with ASA grade I to II and planned to undergo thoracoscopic pulmonary nodulectomy under general anesthesia.

排除标准：

重要脏器严重受损者；已患精神类疾病或正在服用精神类药品者；脑血管疾病、颅脑外伤史以及存在视听力障碍等交流障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

Serious damage to important organs; Those who have suffered from mental diseases or are taking psychotropic drugs; People with cerebrovascular disease, history of craniocerebral injury and communication impairment such as visual and hearing impairment.
