研究目的：

本研究旨在通过ICE测量肺静脉周围区域心房的WT，评估基于心房WT的AI调整是否改善了肺静脉消融的过程，与传统方式相比其安全性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to measure atrial WT in the area around pulmonary veins by ICE, and to evaluate whether atrial WT based AI adjustment improved the process of pulmonary vein ablation, and its safety and effectiveness compared with traditional methods.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.阵发性或持续性心房颤动
2.导管消融术前经食道心脏彩超检查排除左房血栓

Inclusion criteria

1.Paroxysmal or persistent atrial fibrillation
2.Left atrial thrombus was ruled out by color ultrasound of esophagus before catheter ablation

排除标准：

1.年龄在18岁以下；
2.既往曾行房颤消融术或人工二尖瓣置换术，严重结构性心脏异常（如先天性心脏病），严重左室收缩功能障碍(LVEF<35%)；
3.严重肾功能障碍（肌酐清除率<15ml/min)/血液透析；
4.经食管超声心动图检出左房血栓；
5.妊娠；
6.根据研究者判断,患者不能完成本研究或不能遵守本研究的要求。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Under 18 years of age
2.Previous atrial fibrillation ablation or mitral valve replacement, severe structural heart abnormalities (e.g., congenital heart disease), severe left ventricular systolic dysfunction (LVEF<35%)
3.Severe renal dysfunction (creatinine clearance <15ml/min)/ hemodialysis;
4.Left atrial thrombus was detected by transesophageal echocardiography
5.Pregnant
6.According to the judgment of the investigator, the patient cannot complete the study or comply with the requirements of the study.
