研究目的：

通过随机对照预实验评价干预方案的适用性，为改善结直肠患者认知功能，促进癌症患者恢复健康，提高患者生活质量提供新的症状管理方法。  

Objectives of Study：

A randomized controlled preliminary trial was conducted to evaluate the applicability of the intervention program, providing a new symptom management method for improving cognitive function in colorectal patients, promoting recovery of cancer patients, and improving patients' quality of life.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 病理学诊断为结直肠癌患者； 2. 年龄≥18岁； 3. 已完成至少一次化疗； 4. 患者明确自身病情且同意参加本研究； 5. 无听音乐习惯（听音乐每周5-7天，每日时长≥12分钟或听音乐每周时长达到≥1.5小时）。

Inclusion criteria

1. Pathological diagnosis of colorectal cancer; 2. Age ≥18 years old; 3. Have completed at least one chemotherapy; 4. The patients identified their own conditions and agreed to participate in the study; 5. No habit of listening to music (listening to music 5-7 days a week for more than 12 minutes a day or listening to music for more than 1.5 hours a week).

排除标准：

1. 存在明显听觉、视觉、语言障碍影响认知功能测试的受试者； 2. 病情危重； 3. 合并其他非结直肠癌症者、癌症脑转移者、头部受伤者、精神疾病者、神经退行性疾病者； 4. 心、肝、肾等严重器质性疾病者； 5. 6个月内接受其他干预。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Subjects with obvious auditory, visual and language impairment affecting cognitive function test; 2. His condition is critical; 3. Patients with other non-colorectal cancers, cancer brain metastases, head injuries, mental diseases, neurodegenerative diseases; 4. serious organic diseases such as heart, liver and kidney; 5. Receive other interventions within 6 months.
