研究目的：

1.主要目的：观察间歇性θ短阵脉冲刺激联合运动想象训练对卒中患者上肢功能障碍的影响 2.次要目的：分析间歇性θ短阵脉冲刺激联合运动想象训练改善卒中患者上肢功能障碍可能的作用机制 3.探索性目的：寻找改善脑卒中后上肢功能障碍最有效的治疗方式  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main Objective: To observe the effect of intermittent θ short array pulse stimulation combined with motor imagination training on upper limb dysfunction in stroke patients 2. Secondary objective: To analyze the possible mechanism of improving upper limb dysfunction in stroke patients with intermittent θ short array pulse stimulation combined with motor imagination training 3. Exploratory objective: To find the most effective treatment for improving upper limb dysfunction after stroke

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 患者或其直系亲属理解并签署知情同意书； (2) 符合1995年全国第四届脑血管病学术会议通过的《各类脑血管疾病诊断要点》中“脑卒中”的诊断要点, 并经头颅MRI或CT检查核实；(3) 存在严重上肢运动功能障碍, Ⅰ≤手Brunnstrom分期≤Ⅱ； (4) 首次发生的单侧大脑半球脑卒中；脑出血患者未曾行头颅手术；(5) 1个月≤距发病时间≤6个月； (6) 30岁≤年龄≤80岁； (7) 病情稳定, 意识清醒, 生命体征稳定。

Inclusion criteria

(1) The patient or his or her immediate family members understand and sign the informed consent; (2) In line with the diagnosis of "stroke" in the Diagnosis of Various Cerebrovascular Diseases adopted by the Fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases in 1995, and verified by head MRI or CT examination; (3) severe upper limb motor dysfunction, Ⅰ≤ hand Brunnstrom stage ≤Ⅱ; (4) The first unilateral cerebral hemisphere stroke; Patients with cerebral hemorrhage have not received cranial surgery; (5) 1 month ≤6 months since onset of disease; (6) Age ≤ 30 years old ≤80 years old; (7) The patient was stable, conscious, and the vital signs were stable.

排除标准：

①体内植入金属者，如心脏装有起搏器者等；②有严重意识障碍或无法配合后续治疗评估者；③既往有癫痫病史，或此次发病后有癫痫发作者；④存在严重心、肝、肾等脏器功能损害者；⑤病情呈进展性且颅内压明显增高者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with metal implants, such as those with cardiac pacemakers; ② Patients with severe consciousness disorder or unable to cooperate with follow-up treatment evaluation; ③ Have a history of epilepsy, or epilepsy after the onset of the disease; (4) serious functional impairment of heart, liver, kidney and other organs; ⑤ Patients with progressive disease and significantly increased intracranial pressure.
