研究目的：

第一部分 横断面研究：对比心肌梗死后PCI患者、冠心病PCI患者与冠状动脉粥样硬化患者临床信息和血生化、炎症指标，和大脑认知功能的差异，研究心肌梗死患者大脑认知功能障碍及相关因素。 第二部分 随机对照试验：将≥3月的心肌梗死后PCI患者随机分成2组[干预组和对照组]，持续6周，比较两组患者的生化、炎症指标、问卷、运动心肺功能和静息心功能、认知功能等方面的变化差异，从而评价运动治疗对心肌梗死PCI患者认知功能的作用和相关影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

Part I Cross-sectional study: Compare the differences in clinical information, blood biochemical and inflammatory indicators, and brain cognitive function among patients with PCI after myocardial infarction, patients with coronary artery disease and patients with coronary atherosclerosis, and study the brain cognitive dysfunction and related factors in patients with myocardial infarction. Part II Randomized controlled trial:The patients with myocardial infarction ≥ 3 months after PCI were randomly divided into two groups [intervention group and control group], lasting for 6 weeks. The differences of biochemical indicators, inflammatory indicators, questionnaires, body functions, exercise cardio pulmonary functions, resting cardiac functions, cognitive functions, etc. between the two groups were compared, and compared with the baseline to analyze the effect of exercise therapy on cognitive functions of patients with myocardial infarction after PCI and related factors.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

心肌梗死患者纳入标准：急性心肌梗死≥3月患者，均行介入治疗；
冠心病PCI术后患者纳入标准：临床诊断为冠心病并行PCI治疗；
冠状动脉粥样硬化患者纳入标准：冠脉造影显示冠脉主支血管狭窄小于50%或无明显狭窄。
共同纳入标准：
1.年龄≥18岁且≤80岁；
2.右利手；
3.视力及矫正视力正常；
4.同意签署知情同意书；
5.母语为中文。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for patients with myocardial infarction: All patients with acute myocardial infarction ≥ 3 months were treated with interventional therapy;
Inclusion criteria for patients with coronary heart disease after PCI: Clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease and PCI treatment;
Inclusion criteria for patients with coronary atherosclerosis: Coronary angiography showed that the main coronary artery stenosis was less than 50% or no obvious stenosis.
Common inclusion criteria:
1.Age≥18and≤80;
2.Right-handed;
3.Normal vision and corrected vision;
4.Agree to sign the informed consent form;
5.The mother tongue is Chinese.

排除标准：

（1）确诊痴呆；
（2）有精神分裂症，人格改变的精神病病史；
（3）存在精神或心理障碍；
（4）脑卒中或脑出血后、脑手术史；
（5）中枢神经系统感染、脑外伤后、癫痫、多发性硬化、中毒代谢性疾病、帕金森病、颅内肿瘤、甲减；
（6）有酒精、药物依赖史；
（7）严重心功能不全或合并其他严重疾病；
（8）无法参加（满足）相应组别的训练计划。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Diagnosed dementia;
(2) Have a history of schizophrenia and personality change;
(3) Presence of mental or psychological disorders;
(4) History of stroke or cerebral hemorrhage and brain surgery;
(5) Central nervous system infection, post-traumatic brain injury, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, toxic metabolic diseases, Parkinson's disease, intracranial tumors, hypothyroidism;
(6) Have a history of alcohol and drug dependence;
(7) Serious cardiac insufficiency or other serious diseases;
(8) Unable to participate (meet) the training plan of the corresponding group.
