研究目的：

通过加厚角膜交联手术中角膜厚度低于400um的病例，从而使角膜能满足角膜胶原交联手术的标准，再进行角膜胶原交联手术，观察角膜基质透镜辅助的角膜交联手术的安全性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

By thickening the cases with corneal thickness less than 400um in corneal cross-linking surgery, so that the cornea can meet the standard of corneal collagen cross-linking surgery, and then conduct corneal collagen cross-linking surgery to observe the safety and effectiveness of corneal cross-linking surgery assisted by corneal stromal lens.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)进展性圆锥角膜(连续角膜地形图检查至少3个月)；
2)角膜最薄点厚度< 400um；
3)无圆锥角膜之外的其他眼部病患，无眼部相关的全身疾病；
4)一个月内无角膜接触镜佩戴史。

Inclusion criteria

1) Progressive keratoconus (continuous corneal topography for at least 3 months);
2) Thickness of the thinnest point of cornea < 400um;
3) No other eye patients other than keratoconus, no eye related systemic diseases;
4) No corneal contact lens wearing history within one month.

排除标准：

1)有眼部外伤、手术史、青光眼或其他眼病异常等；
2)处于角膜急性感染或者角膜水肿；
3)怀孕及哺乳期。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Have ocular trauma, surgical history, glaucoma or other abnormal eye diseases;
2) Acute corneal infection or corneal edema;
3) Pregnancy and lactation.
